My name is Simone Podgorny and I’ve been in the HR field for around 18 years. Based in Cologne, Germany, I’ve lived and worked abroad in the US, Denmark, Indonesia and France. In fact, I don’t just speak German (my native language), I’m fluent in English and conversant in Danish! 

Throughout my career, I’ve leapt across industries and worked with both big and small companies – so I’m familiar with all sorts of corporate cultures and environments. Thanks to the exposure, no challenge is too big or small to me. If it hits one of my many sweet spots, we’re good to go.  

I come with a Master’s in Economics from Copenhagen Business School under my belt and I’m an ICF-accredited Professional Coach. I’m ready to unpack all my business and coaching expertise to help companies like yours thrive.

I bring bundles of energy and positivity to my work. While I’m serious about achieving success, I know the importance of keeping a light and bright attitude.
